Time to complete the Henley Ale Trail 2012
December 9, 2012
With only a few weeks left until the close of this year’s Henley Ale Trail, Brakspear is urging would-be trailers to ensure they complete their collector card by 30th December and claim their free Ale Trail T-shirt and pint of Brakspear ale.
More than 200 people have completed the Ale Trail since it started in June, by enjoying a pint of Brakspear Bitter or Oxford Gold in each of the nine participating pubs. Each pint earns the ale-trailer a stamp on their collector card, which they can then redeem, once complete, at the Old Bell on Bell Street for a free pint of beer and a limited edition Henley Ale Trail 2012 T-shirt.
Brakspear chief executive Tom Davies said, “We’re delighted that so many drinkers have finished the Ale Trail this year and hope that everyone who has started the trail is able to complete it by the end of December and enjoy their free T-shirt and pint.
He added, “December is a hectic month for all of us with Christmas shopping and a busy social calendar. Enjoying a great pint of ale in one of Henley’s finest pubs is, we think, a great way to take a break from the festive mayhem and we look forward to welcoming many Ale Trailers between now and the end of the year.”
The nine pubs taking part in the Ale Trail are: Three Tuns, Saracen’s Head, Angel on the Bridge, Little Angel, Rose and Crown, Beer Tree, Row Barge, Three Horseshoes and the Old Bell, which is the last pub on the route.
