Second success for Brava Tapas team
May 10, 2016

After successfully launching Brava Tapas on the site of the former Swan in Bicester in March 2015, the trio behind the brand have brought it to Banbury, converting the Castle House into their second restaurant in February this year.
Samesh Ramjattan, who runs Brava Tapas Bars with co-founders Ray Daykin & Jose Fernandez Rama, said, “The Bicester restaurant was a huge success, so we were keen to expand the brand. We’ve tweaked the offer for the second site, with more beers, more cocktails and a new gin menu for the summer, but essentially Brava Tapas is about Mediterranean style, cuisine and hospitality and we’re confident it will be as popular in Banbury as it is in Bicester.”
