This pub draws in the community including local shop keepers, market traders and office workers. The pub tends to be busy from 3pm with workers.
We are looking for an experienced team with the ability to trade in East London. Applicants must have or be able to apply for a personal licence.
Circa £9,000 to include a security deposit (3 months of base rent), rent advance, stock, glassware and loose goods, training deposit. Fixtures & fittings are circa £12,500 and working capital is circa £5,000.

£21,000 per annum payable fortnightly in advance by direct debit. Retail Price Indexation applies to rents.
Five year renewable tenancy agreement with an additional service charge that covers property insurance, servicing of heating and cellar cooling equipment etc. There is a full wet tie unless agreed otherwise.
