The Three Tuns may look like a tiny little cosy pub from the Market Place but step inside and you will discover all that it has to offer. Firstly the cosy little front bar with a real log fire; beyond the quaint bar an intimate dining room. Venture further down the long corridor and discover a pretty terrace garden, a great little sun trap in the summer and finally the Stable Bar, a multifunctional private room with its own bar, a super venue for drinks parties, private dining for up to 32 seated guests and more. The Three Tuns offers fabulous food too, just recommended in the Michelin guide 2016 for the 4th year running the food offers the pub classics you would expect from a 16th century pub combined with other seasonal dishes prepared with great skill using modern techniques such as scallops with Chorizo snow and Lamb, Pudding and Pie. That combined with Brakspear cask ales, an interesting wine list and live music in the front bar every Sunday evening the affectionately known "Tuns" is a must visit if you are in town.
