Location and Local Amenities
Penshurst is a popular village located in Kent, the nearest town in Tonbridge, 4 miles away with a population circa 48,000. Penshurst Place is a very popular stately home in the village and is on the "Castle Route" - Hever, Chartwell etc. Trains from nearby Charcott go to London Bridge.
Trade: A cosy bar area (28 covers), a large open plan restaurant "The Garden Room" (72 covers), a restaurant area that can be used as a function room (58 covers), a landscaped garden (100+ covers) and 13 en-suite letting rooms. Trade is inconsistent during the year with significantly more trade during the summer, the opportunity is to increase trade during the winter and overall through targeted marketing.
