Requirements

We are looking for an experienced food operators/chefs, who are able to deliver a high quality fresh food offering and quality service.  Applicants must have or be able to apply for a personal licence.

Circa £29,000 to include a security deposit (3 months of base rent), rent , service charge and insurance advance, stock, glassware, loose goods & training contribution. Fixtures/fittings are circa £48,000 plus Vat & working capital is circa £7,500.
