Collingbourne Ducis is a village on the A338 between Marlborough and Salisbury, not far from the A303. the small town of Tidworth is close by, and Marlborough and Hungerford are both a short drive away. There is a shop and a primary school in the village.

Current and Future Markets

The pub is currently closed, but previously had enjoyed food trade from far and wide. Future operators would wish to develop the food reputation, enhance the bar feel, and market the letting rooms.
