Letting Details

Description and Trading Style

The Old Bell is currently traded as a town centre bar in the centre of Henley on Thames. Being a long narrow building, there are rooms that lead into one another, giving the pub a great eclectic feel. There is currently no food offer.

Location and Local Amenities

Henley is a large market town, close to reading, Maidenhead and Marlow, and with good road and rail links. Being on the Thames, and with lots of annual events, Henley attracts a lot of seasonal visitors.

Accommodation

Trade: Front bar leading into bar at rear, patio garden, cellar and small trade kitchen. Approx 20-25 covers inside and 10 outside. The WC's are outside.

No private accommodation is available.

Current and Future Markets

Currently the pub attracts Henley locals and regulars. New operators would want to maximise the potential of a town centre site, with an imaginative offering that will appeal to both residents and visitors. The opportunity is to continue to develop the small food offering.

We seek an experienced operator with a good track record in high street operations.
