Location and Local Amenities
The prominent site for The Barleycorn is right in the centre of the village on the main A338, between Andover and Marlborough. There is a good business mix close by to draw from, including country pursuits groups, military establishments and racing yards in the area.

£32,000 per annum payable weekly in advance by direct debit. Retail price Indexation applies to rents.
Five year renewable tenancy agreements with additional service charge that covers property insurance, servicing of heating and cellar cooling equipment etc. There is a full wet tie unless agreed otherwise.
