Local operators take on William Bray

The William Bray in the pretty Surrey village of Shere has recently become the third Brakspear pub for business owner Thanasis Louridas.

Thanasis also runs The Rose & Crown in Upper Farringdon and The Swan Inn in Goldalming. At The William Bray, he is joined by his partner Steph Bystram, who used to manage the pub, and Jay Shubrati, who previously ran a pub in neighbouring Albury.

The William Bray sits at the top of Shere village, with beautiful views across the Surrey Hills, that customers can enjoy with a drink on the terrace.  Menus focus on seasonal ingredients and food is served from breakfast through to dinner, seven days a week.
