Jolly good score!

Congratulations to the team at the Jolly Brickmakers in Redhill, who scored 100% in their latest Silent Customer visit. The mystery guests enjoyed all aspects of their visit to the pub, from the cleanliness, saying “the tenants clearly take a great pride in their pub”, to the product knowledge, “the barman explained the ales and wines with great expertise”, and the customer service, “they treated every customer as if they were the only customer, we were made to feel quite special.”  Added touches like the old fashioned jukebox and the humorous wall plaques were also praised.
