Clayton’s scoops “Muddy Stilettos” Award 2015

Congratulations to Clayton’s Marlow, which has just been named as Best Bar in the Muddy Stiletto Awards 2015.

Muddy Stilettos is an ‘urban guide to the countryside’, reviewing the best food, walks, boutiques, day trips, hotels, interiors and events across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. The blog is read by 20,000 women every month and all of them voted in the annual awards.  Clayton’s took 31% of the votes this year, after winning third place in 2014.

Clayton’s Marlow tenant Antosh Samek said, “Muddy Stilettos has become influential in the local area and beyond and it reaches exactly the sort of women we want to attract here whether it be for Friday evening cocktails with friends, one of our big events or even to watch a film at our Boutique Cinema. We’re really pleased to have been named their top bar, against some very impressive competitors, and I’m grateful to all the customers who voted for us and the fantastic  team of staff who make Clayton’s such a great place to spend time.”

Antosh attended the Muddy Stilletto presentation, held at the home of the blog’s creator, journalist Hero Brown, to collect his award. The winner’s certificate is now in pride of place at Clayton’s.
