Better bedrooms at the Bull

The Bull at Wargrave has had a recent makeover of its guest accommodation, decorating the five bedrooms and completely refurbishing the en-suite bathrooms.  The new look rooms are proving a great success, as licensee Jayne Worrall explains:

“The bedrooms and bathrooms are now bright and more contemporary, yet we’ve  kept features such as the exposed beams and fireplaces, to maintain the pub’s heritage and charm, which dates back to the 15th century. Room bookings are growing so it was definitely a good investment.

She adds, “We’ve received lots of great comments from overnight guests, who love the bedrooms, as well as the breakfasts including Hearty Bull Platter – not for the faint hearted!  We get a lot of repeat business and most bookings come from word of mouth recommendations.” Jayne is signing up with the Stay in a Pub website to spread the word further.
