Arty crafty at the Joker

The Joker in Brighton recently hosted a ‘Makers’ Market’ showcasing work from local craftspeople. Stallholders included a potter, weaver, artist and textile designer, who exhibited their work as well as offering workshops.  Licensee Daniel Wright said, “The Joker is all about supporting the local community: we host local musicians and we’ve created this event to give local artists and craftspeople a forum for displaying their talent. This was our second Makers’ Market and it was really popular, attracting new customers as well as offering something new to our regulars.”
