A New Chapter Begins at The Bee in Burnham
May 27, 2026
There’s an exciting new buzz around The Bee in Burnham as the pub welcomes its new business owner, Georgina Davidson.
With an impressive 33 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Georgina brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and a genuine love for traditional pubs and community spaces. Having previously run a successful pub in Maidenhead, she now begins a new chapter at The Bee, ready to build on its warm local atmosphere while bringing her own experience and energy to the venue.
For Georgina, running a pub has always been about more than just serving drinks- it’s about creating a place where people can come together, celebrate, unwind, and feel at home. That family-focused approach is already clear at The Bee, where she is involving her own family in the business. Joining her behind the bar is Georgina’s granddaughter, Grace, who is now working at The Bee as part of the team.
Guests can enjoy weekly quiz nights every Thursday, live music on Saturdays, and regular karaoke nights for a fun evening out. The pub also hosts open mic nights for local performers, alongside live sports screenings for major football, rugby, and other sporting events. Coming up into the warmer months, Georgina is hosting a Country and Cowboys- Beer & Cider festival.
With pool, darts, and regular social events, The Bee remains a true hub for the local community. Under Georgina’s leadership, the pub is set to continue these much-loved traditions while bringing fresh ideas and new reasons to visit.
Be sure to pop in, say hello to Georgina and Grace, and experience the next chapter of The Bee for yourself.
